Conwordable is an online puzzle game located at the domain address https://conwordable.com/ that allows users to combine various elements to create new items and discover more complex combinations (“Online Game”).

Account means a unique account created for a user to access our Online Game or parts of our Online Game.

Device means any device that can access the Online Game such as any computer, smartphone or tablet.
GDPR refers to EU General Data Protection Regulation.

Personal Data or Personally Identifiable Information is information or an opinion about an identified individual or an individual who is reasonably identifiable, whether the information or opinion is true or not, and whether the information or opinion is recorded in a material form or not. The data will only be processed by us to the extent necessary and for the purpose of providing a functional and user-friendly Web Application, including its contents and services. However, this obligation does not apply if such notification is impossible or involves a disproportionate effort.
Nevertheless, users have a right to information about these recipients.
Likewise, under Art. 21 GDPR, users and data subjects have the right to object to the Company’s future processing of their data pursuant to Art. 6 Para.1 lit. f) GDPR. In particular, an objection to data processing for the purpose of direct advertising is permissible.
Usage Data is collected automatically when using the Online Game.

Our Online Game does not address anyone under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from anyone under the age of 13.
